Invitation to the 12th International Triticale Symposium

Dear Triticale researchers,

The 12th International Triticale Symposium will be held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, P. R. China from May 30 to June 3, 2025. We look forward to many of you joining us to share research results, ideas and form new collaborations.

The conference will be held in Lecture Hall, Gansu Agricultural University. Attendees will be accommodated in Ruyi-Huaxi-Hotel. There are rooms blocked off for conference attendees and the approximate cost of the hotel room is 420 RMB per night. Conference fees are $ 300, which includes lunch, dinner and coffee breaks from May 30 to June 3, 2025. Registration fee also includes coach fee from Lanzhou to Lintao and Linxia, conference proceedings and conference bag.

The session themes for the conference includes Tolerance of triticale, Triticale genetics and breeding, Forage production, processing, and utilization of triticale. Deadline for abstract submissions will be March 31,2025.

June 2nd,2025 will be a field day at Lintao county, the Triticale Breeding Nursery of Gansu Agricultural University (80 km south to Lanzhou), and Linxia county, triticale industrialization base, where attendees will have the opportunity to see China's mainstream triticale varieties and lines currently under development and cultivation and to gain insights into the latest research methodologies and techniques being employed in Chinese triticale breeding and production, providing a comprehensive overview of the China's contributions to the triticale industry.
