由纤维材料改性国家重点实验室、美国纤维学会主办的“纤维学会2015年春季会议”暨“2015年先进纤维和聚合物国际会议”，定于2015年5月24-27日在上海松江召开。先进纤维与聚合物材料国际会议（ICAFPM）由东华大学纤维材料改性国家重点实验室发起举办，旨在为国内外研究人员提供一个平台，以达到交流思想、结交朋友、共同探讨先进纤维与聚合物材料未来发展方向，促进先进纤维及相关材料领域的科学发展和技术创新的目的。该会议已于2002、2005、2007、2009、2011、2013年成功举办了6届，得到了纤维及高分子材料界人士的积极响应和大力支持，每次均有300-400名国内外科研工作者和企业界代表参会。此次ICAFPM2015会议将与美国纤维学会2015年春季会议（The Fiber Society’s Spring 2015 Conference）合办。

介绍：东华大学地处中国上海，三个校区分别位于松江区和长宁区，占地面积近2000亩。现设有纺织、服装•艺术设计、旭日工商管理、机械工程、信息科学与技术、计算机科学与技术、化学化工与生物工程、材料科学与工程、环境科学与工程、人文、理学、外语12个专业学院，另有国际文化交流学院、继续教育学院、体育部和国际合作办学的东华大学莱佛士国际设计专修学院。学校拥有5个博士后流动站、7个一级学科博士点、24个一级学科硕士点、6个专业学位硕士授权类别、17个工程硕士授权领域、56个本科专业，学科涉及工学、理学等十大学科门类。共有1个一级学科国家重点学科，5个二级学科国家重点学科，1个国家重点（培育）学科，7个上海市重点学科，同时设有12个国家和省部级科研基地，2个国家“111”引智基地以及国家大学科技园。在校学生30000余人，其中本科生近15000人，研究生6000余人，继续教育学历生近5000人，各类留学生4000余人。教职工2300余人，专任教师1200余人，专任教师中，具有博士学位的占54.3%，其中院士8人，计划、专业学者（含讲座教授）和国家杰出青年基金获得者等高级职称教师800余名。
