2018中国不良资产投资——GP与LP对话宣传图
中国实体经济下行压力加大、信用风险恐进一步上升、叠加中美贸易摩擦和固定资产投资增长乏力的影响，中国不良资产的规模不断
扩容，从商业银行不断延伸到非银金融机构，行业普遍认为中国不良资产市场未来将达到 10 万亿人民币。随着地方不良资产管理公司
的新设力度加大，不良资产市场的竞争正在加剧。整个中国不良资产处置的盛宴已经进入下半场，中国政府同时也更加鼓励外资进入中国市场，化解债务危机，防止系统性风险。
通达金融已成功在北京、香港、上海、深圳举办了四届的不良资产国际论坛及杭州、南京、武汉举办了三场地方的不良资产业务交流论坛。从全国到地方，不良资产万里行活动未来将全覆盖中国的重点省市。为了满足境内外专业机构的交流需求，我们于 2018 年 12 月 7 日在香港举办“中国不良资产投资 GP 与 LP 对话”的闭门高端交流论坛，届时我们会将针对 2018 年的不良资产市场的回顾与展望，境内与境外的合作展开深入探讨。全程以高效交流与高端对话贯穿整个论坛，欢迎境内外特殊机会投资机构一起加入这场 2018 年底的思想碰撞的盛宴！
Under the pressure of China’ s real economy going downwards, given the further rising credit risks and combined with the impact of the Sino-US trade friction as well as the weak growth in fixed asset investment, China’ s NPL scale keeps expanding and extends from
commercial banks to non-bank financial institutions. The industry generally believes that China’ s NPL market will reach 10 trillion yuan in the future. As newly-established local NPL management companies increase, competition in the NPL market is intensifying accordingly. The feast of the whole country’ s NPL disposal has stepped into the second half. In the meantime, the Chinese government encourages foreign funds to enter the Chinese market in the hope of reducing the debt crisis and preventing systematic risks.
Total Finance has successfully hosted four sessions of the international NPL forum in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and also three sessions of the local NPL forum in Hangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan. From the whole country to the local regions, the activities of NPL Activities are going to cover all key provinces and cities across China in the future. In order to meet the communication needs of both domestic and foreign professional institutions, we will host a high-level closed-door forum, that is “China’ s NPL investment GP and LP Dialogue” in Hong Kong on December 7th,2018, and have thorough discussions on cooperation across the border given the review and outlook of China’ s NPL market in 2018.We welcome domestic and foreign special opportunities investment institutions to join this feast of ideas collision at the end of 2018!
