In vivo/Ex vivo/In Vitro screening and evaluation of unwanted and wanted immunogenicity using different cellular assays and techniques (predictive/preclinical immunogenicity assessment using primary animal and human cells and in vivo animal models).
Optimization and successful implementation of different immune response assays/techniques (ELISPOT, flow cytometry, tetramer, cytotox assays ..). Clinical correlate finding/research in different clinical trials (HCV, HBV, HPV, RA). Rational vaccine design by combining in silico and in vitro tools.
